We’ve written a sample letter for you to send to your board with information on how they can register for one of the webinar sessions. You can also send them to the webinar description page if they would like more information.

Participants can choose the date and time that works best for them – they don’t all have to attend the same session, but they are welcome to if they would like! Both sessions will cover the exact same material, so no one has to miss out. As the organizer, you still need to register for one of the time slots if you would like to attend one of the sessions with your board.
